Nyko is one of the few third party hardware manufacturers that makes peripherals and accessories that are just as good, if not better, than the first party stuff. Case in point: their Portable Docking Kit for Nintendo Switch. The Switch's official dock is pretty cumbersome, encasing what is essentially an HDMI converter and some USB ports in a big ugly chunk of black plastic.
Nyko's Portable Docking Kit is a heck of a lot more compact, perching the Switch on a removable clip and moving the power, HDMI and USB ports to the back of the unit. This makes it small enough to pack both the dock and AC adapter into a fairly slim carrying case. This also lets you play the Switch in tabletop mode while you charge it, if you're so inclined. Best of all, Nyko's dock is $50, which is a fair sight easier on the wallet than Nintendo's clunky, overpriced $90 dock.
