Nintendo announced their suite of indie games coming to the Switch through their Nindies Showcase livestream (Nindies are what Nintendo calls indie titles released on their platforms). The full, published video is here, where you can check out the new crop of games coming out. Here's the list of titles in the video (these are time stamped in the video description):

Among these titles, Super Meat Boy Forever, the sequel to the critical and commercial hit Super Meat Boy, and the Shovel Knight DLC, King of Cards, are ones to look out for, since their both born from bonafide indie hits. However, all of these games, for the most part, carry that certain charm inexorable from most Nintendo releases.
Perhaps most notable is Travis Strikes Again, a game set in the same Universe as Suda51's cult favorite No More Heroes. With this title, developer Suda51 is directing a game for the first time since the original No More Heroes, released 10 years ago through his studio Grasshopper Manufacture. There is a collection of indie developers who worked on the project as well, including Hotline Miami developers Dennaton Games, whose game is featured in the trailer.
We'll likely hear more more about these titles at PAX West in Seattle this weekend.
