Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order are riding the eco-friendly wave with Green Cities, a new expansion for their city-builder, Cities: Skylines. The expansion will add over 350 new assets and allow virtual mayors to make sustainable cities with eco-friendly buildings, organic stores, electric vehicles, and other pollution and low-carbon emission features. The Green Cities expansion will cost $12.99 and is available for Windows, MacOS, and Linux PCs "later this year." No word yet on a specific release date. The expansion will also be accompanied by a free content update to the base game, including electric cars, road modding, noise pollution changes, and new beautification objects like parks and trees.
