Metroid Prime 4 is coming to the Switch oh my good gosh.
That's right, Metroid Prime 4 is coming to the Nintendo Switch courtesy of the Nintendo Press Conference this morning at E3 2017.
What little was shown got me super excited, as in they showed that there would be a Metroid Prime 4, the first new game in the series in a decade. The Prime series is a landmark for the franchise as it managed to take the 2D gaming elements that the original games pioneered and make them somehow even better in a 3D first person style game.
No release date announced yet, but we're looking forward to more in the future (maybe more at E3? Probably not, but a boy can dream.)
