Overwatch could see 3 new maps before the year closes

Earlier today on the Overwatch forums game director Jeff Keplan brought exciting news to the OW community. While he couldn't confirm anything, he did say that the dev team have 3 new maps on the menu for QP/Comp which are past the play/test stages, AND that the team were working on 3 non-standard maps. While Orissa wasn't a massive hit in the OW line up, the new maps could provide such an environment for the lesser characters to prove their worth. Who knows, mayhaps Doomfist will make an appearance?
