The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind shines more light on the upcoming Warden character class. The previous classes—Templar, Dragon Knight, Sorcerer, and Nightblade—fill the more typical MMO roles of damage dealer, tank, healer, rogue, and summoner. This new Warden, however, is depicted very much as a soloist. The narration says they're rejoining the world of men, but it's looking more like the Warden and their bear buddy are just looking to rough up the monsters around Vvardenfell. I'm certain they have their role within groups, but animal-companion classes have a lot of appeal for MMO soloists.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is pay-once-play forever. But TESO: Morrowind is a standalone expansion that will cost full retail. You'll get all the previous vanilla content, plus the all new Morrowind content. And you can start right off as a level one character in Morrowind; you don't have to work your way up to it. Developer Bethesda Softworks is about to get the biggest sales spike it's seen since launch.
TESO: Morrowind resurrects the homeland of the dark elves on June 6 (that's in seven weeks) on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
