Have you been missing the blistering speed and scifi setting of Nintendo's long-absent F-Zero series? I know I have. Nintendo seems content to let the racing franchise rot in limbo, which is why I'm glad German developer Shin'en Multimedia has picked up the torch. They started with the eminently impressive WiiWare title Fast Racing League, which continued with Fast Racing Neo on the Wii U, which is getting a completely overhauled and expanded Nintendo Switch version called Fast RMX.
Here's the launch trailer, and the similarities to F-Zero, from the speed, atmosphere and even music, are palpable. Fast RMX arrives on the eShop on March 3rd, right alongside the Nintendo Switch.
