One of the announcements at the initial Nintendo Switch reveal was the fact that Fire Emblem will indeed be heading to the new system. Nintendo originally announced Fire Emblem: Warriors, a Musou game from the same team that made Hyrule Warriors. If you have read any of my previous reviews, you know that I love Musou games. Hyrule Warriors was amazing and Fire Emblem: Warriors looks great as well.
Nintendo held a special Nintendo Direct today which focused on everything Fire Emblem and we learned that Fire Emblem: Warriors will be releasing this fall on Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo 3DS. But wait, there's more. They also announced three more Fire Emblem games including a brand new game exclusively for the 3DS, a mobile game and a game exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.

Finally, a brand new Fire Emblem game is in development for the Nintendo Switch but no details have been released about it at this time aside from the fact that it's planned for a 2018 release.
