It looks like IBM has finally begun
cranking out the smaller 65nm Cell processors for the PS3. The new chips should be cheaper and more power efficient so it looks like Sony and consumers will be saving some money on the deal. I know I'm in the minority with this but I doubt this will lead to a price cut any time soon, even if you factor in the switch to software emulation with the new PS3's I still think Sony is going to hold the line on the price until at least the holiday season if not longer and may go the bundle route to sweeten the deal.
