The Gold Edition of the game adds in a variety of DLC packs to the package including Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and the Dark Brotherhood. Hopefully this holds players over until the updated versions of Skyrim launch next month.
While not exactly a game, the Chernobyl VR Project is using virtual reality gaming to educate people on the catastrophic events that were the meltdown of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. From the minds at development house Farm 51, this experience gives players a first-person tour around the Chernobyl and Pripyat areas. You will get to see, first hand, the devistation that was caused by the event and the lasting effects that still haunt the area some 30 years later.
Jotun: Valhalla Edition is a downloadable title that deserves some attention this week as it explores the world of Norse mythology. The game is launching on multiple platforms and has players exploring a beautiful, hand-drawn world as a female warrior who died much too soon. She must now journey the world in a bit of purgatory, proving to the Gods that she is worthy of passing into the afterlife of Valhalla.
