Let me preface this by saying this was done on the PlayStation 4 so there are no other mods other than the current DLC. Here's a guy's incredible creation in Fallout 4 that sorts out junk and automatically crafts weapons, armor, or ammo that you specify in at a console.
The two videos show off just how crazy and how impressive this building is. Unused junk gets recycled and it even kicks out unusable junk. It's a very impressive feat and the guy said it took him about 40 hours to do. Bravo Dylan, bravo.
