When Sony demonstrated Uncharted 4: A Thief's End at E3, they had a minor glitch at the beginning. The controller froze so they had to restart the demo. You can catch the little mishap here. Naughty Dog seems to have a good sense of humor about it as doing this will earn you a trophy.
When you enter the same scene in the game, just stand still for about 30 seconds. Doing so will earn you the Stage Fright trophy, which is pretty funny. Kudos to Naughty Dog for taking a small little oopsie and turning into an Easter Egg for the game.
