Axiom Verge prepped to spread glitches to new systems

Thomas Happ’s fantastic retro adventure Axiom Verge is headed to more consoles later this year. This fantastic game has only been available on the PS4 and PC until now but will soon be heading to the Xbox One and Nintendo Wii.

If you aren’t familiar with the game, I highly recommend that you check it out as soon as possible. Axiom Verge is a 16-bit, retro themed “Metroidvania” adventure that has players exploring a game world filled with the same glitches and technical errors that plagued older consoles. The difference now is that these glitches can be used to your advantage and even triggered at will in some cases. It is truly an epic experience that I enjoyed thoroughly on the PS4.

The exact release date hasn’t been announced, but this is one that you should surely keep on your radar if you own either a Wii U or Xbox One.
