So far I've really enjoyed Nintendo's series of dev diaries on The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD. Part 3 covers dungeon and gameplay design. It's fascinating to see how implementing special items constantly influenced dungeon design, and how fluid the process was. You can tell in the final game they had a hard time finding placed for the Spinner item to work. It's also notable that they've improved the swimming controls and Iron Boots for the HD version.
I thought Twilight Princes was just as good in HD--even better, in fact--so have no reservations about picking it up when it launches this Friday.
