Early last year, Xbox One owners got their chance to play SMITE, the third persona MOBA and now PS4 players will get their chance to step onto the battlefield.
The beta will also come with some exclusive skins. By linking your Hi-Rez account to the PS4 version, you will receive the "World's Collide" Odin skin and you can get the "KuKu4" Kukulkan skin for being a Playstation Plus subscriber.
The PS4 version will also come with a founders pack, just like the Xbox One version had. This founders pack will be $29.99 and will get you every available god and all gods released in the future, an exclusive "C4codemon" Ymir skin, 400 gems, the "Soldier of Fortune" Ares skin and a key for instant beta access.
The closed beta will begin sometime in March and if you want a chance to get in, simply head over to their official website and sign up.
I am going to guess that the first build of the game will start with the first season 3 patch, which introduced Conquest map changes, the first Japanese god Amaterasu, the new Relic system to replace actives, tons of new items and much more.
As most of you know, I have been playing and raving about SMITE for quite some time but that is because I have sunk thousands of hours into this game and will probably sink thousands more in the coming years. I remember when this game started out small and great to see how much it's risen in popularity over just a few years.
