The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is nearly upon us and Nintendo has a new trailer that runs through the various improvements in visuals and gameplay. Specifically they are comparing the HD version to the GameCube version, as they both face the same orientation. As a bonus, Twilight Princess HD's Hero Mode is "flipped" the way the Wii version was, although sadly you can't use the Wii remote controls in the HD version.
The video also highlights the inventory management and gyro controls afforded by the Wii U GamePad. I mostly left the GamePad idle as a map screen while playing Wind Waker HD, so I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of it in Twilight Princess.
Despite its mixed legacy, Twilight Princess is still my favorite Zelda game. I'm excited to step back into the Twilight Realm on March 4th.
