Season 2 of SMITE is coming to an end and this thursday will kick off the SMITE World Championship as teams from around the world will battle it out over four days for a prize pool of $1,000,000.
Placement Round takes place Thursday and will feature best of 1 matches to determine who is making it to the Quarter Finals. Here are the current matches scheduled for Thursday.

The are two other matches scheduled matches which will take place when the Quarter Finals kick off Friday
Should be a pretty exciting weekend because there is also the Xbox One tournament as well as some other surprises including some more info on the first Japanese character to be added to the game when Season 3 starts soon after the SMITE World Championship ends.
