Exclusively for Xbox One, EA Access brings a host of goodies for a monthly fee, $4.99. It's debatable whether it's a good value or not, and the conclusion likely will vary player to player depending on how many of the older titles on offer you already own or have an interest to play, or whether you want to play new release titles you've purchase a few days early. To me though, the crux of the deal is the Vault, the catalogue of old games that can be streamed right to your console. Well, the offer is definitely more appealing to most if the folks over at EA keep up trends like this: adding Battlefield: Hardline to the lineup just over 6 months after it's initial release. There are some other high profile games in the lineup already, like FIFA 15, Battlefield 4, Need For Speed: Rivals, and Dragon Age: Inquisition. And if EA keeps adding games only a half year or so after release then that $4.99 starts looking better and better.
Battlefield: Hardline is playable today if you have EA Access. You can check out our review here and more information on the EA Access program can be found on their official site.
