I'm pretty surprised with Capcom right now when it comes to Street Fighter V reveals. Sure we have the typical crew of Ryu, Ken, M. Bison, Vega, and so on, but in the past few weeks we've also seen several brand new or returning characters from previous games such as Rashid and R. Mika, and today that trend continues as Capcom announced the return of a fan favorite fighter at the Tokyo Game Show; Karin Kanzuki.
Karin has only been in one previous game, Street Fighter Alpha 3. Two years ago Capcom did a popularity poll for who players wanted to see in the game, and Karin ended up seventh overall and first in Japan. You can find out more about Karin's skills, abilities, and backstory over on Capcom-Unity.
Capcom also announced the Capcom Fighters Network (CFN) which will be the official community destination that will be integrated within Street Fighter V's online infrastructure. Fans and players will be able to visit the CFN at any time to view player profiles, match statistics, replay videos, and register friends and send battle invites.
