Is Mortal Kombat X getting more character DLC?

So Kombat Pack #1 for Mortal Kombat X came to an end recently and brought with it Jason Vorhees, Predator, Tanya and Tremor. A lot of fans, myself included, through that the first Kombat Pack was great. Personally I love Jason and Tremor, but fans were also a little bummed that certain characters weren't included in it. 

Mortal Kombat X features a lot of NPC's in the game such as Fujin, Sareena, Baraka, Sindel, Rain, Bo Rai Cho and more, that fans were none too pleased about. The reason of course they weren't pleased is that the characters make appearances in story mode and that's about it. Unless you found some kind of hack, these characters were not playable. Could they be now?

We'll see, because it seems like something big may be announced tomorrow, and if I had to guess based on Ed Boon's Twitter page, I am gonna assume this means that another round of character DLC is coming. Who could it be? Honestly, I have no real guesses at this point. I do think that most, if not all of these characters will be from the NPC list of non playable characters in the game. If I could pick any four, I would pick Fujin, Sareena, Frost and Bo Rai Cho. In any case, we should find out tomorrow what it all means.
