EA Sports has begun to reveal the top 50 players available in the upcoming launch of FIFA 16, starting with #50 and working their way up to the #1 player (spoiler: It's probably Messi) on Friday. Today, though, we get to see #50-#41 as they will be available upon launch. There are no real surprises with this first reveal, and the list is as follows:

#49: Petr Cech (GK, Arsenal, Barclay's Premier League, England)
#48: Edinson Cavani (ST, Paris Saint-Germain, Ligue 1, France)
#47: Vincent Kompany (CB, Manchester City, Barclay's Premier League, England)
#46: David Alaba (LB, Bayern Munich, Bundesliga, Germany)
#45: Diego Godin (CB, Atletico Madrid, La Liga, Spain)
#44: John Terry (CB, Chelsea, Barclay's Premier League, England)
#43: Naldo (CB, VFL Wolfsburg, Bundesliga, Germany)
#42: Yaya Toure (CM, Manchester City, Barclay's Premier League, England)
