So who's up for 10 minutes of new Assassin's Creed: Syndicate gameplay footage? Ubisoft just released this video and it features the first in-game looks at our new protagonist, Evie Frye. Evie is the twin sister of Jacob Frye and has her own distinct playstyle, embracing the stealtheir aspects of the genre as opposed to her brother's more physical maneuvers. The twins are from Crawley, which is presently a Gatwick Airport suburb and literally 15 minutes drive from where I now live. If there's one thing the Assassin's Creed franchise does well, it's creating detailed historical replications of locations that make visiting those places that much more interesting in real life. So I gotta admit, the London setting might reel me back in where I skipped Unity entirely due to it's disastrous launch and persistent glitches.
Assassin's Creed: Syndicate releases October 23rd for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
