Square Enix gives us a time frame for the PC and PS4 release of Rise of the Tomb Raider

The announcement initially that Rise of the Tomb Raider would be on Xbox One with no mention of a PC or PS4 version set off waves of unhappiness. It wasn't too long after that that we learned it was just a timed exclusive. 

Square Enix has narrowed the time frame just a little bit, but not by much on when we can see the game hit the two other platforms. The PC version gets it first in early 2016 on Steam.

But those waiting for it to hit the PlayStation 4 will have to wait a year. The deal that Square Enix made with Microsoft was that it would be a one year timed exclusive on the console. So, you can expect the game to come out for the PS4 at around the Holidays of 2016. With the game coming out November 10th on the Xbox One and Xbox 360, you can guess as to about when it will be on the PS4.

Well, at least it's coming out to other platforms right, albeit a bit late.
