Legendary developer Warren Spector was on hand at E3, and Nintendolife caught up with him for an epic two-part interview. Spector may be currently teaching at the University of Texas at Austin, but he still took time to discuss the process of developing Epic Mickey, and being a go-between for Nintendo and Disney.
I'm really not much of a Disney fan so I passed on Epic Mickey, even though Spector created Deus Ex, one of my favorite games of all time. Still, it's fascinating to hear about the process of resurrecting Mickey and Oswald as heroic characters, and how surprisingly easy it was working for Disney and Nintendo at the same time.
Check out both parts here and here. It's definitely worth a look!
