Rockstar Games has announced that new content is now available for Grand Theft Auto Online in the form of The Ill-Gotten Gains Update: Part One. The update is available across of the game's five platforms, including its most recent launch on PC. The update focuses on luxury items for players looking to waste away their virtual money including four high-end vehicles with the the Pegassi Osiris, Albany Virgo, Benefactor Stirling GT, and Enus Windsor, pair of new Deluxe aircraft, designer outfits and other clothing items, and two weapons with the Personal Defense Weapon and Combat PDW.
Other additions include luxury engravings for weapons and attachments and even the ability to drink champagne and smoke cigars in the new luxury aircraft. Game improvements are also included in the form of an improved in-game website for purchasing vehicles, new phone option to invite friends in current session to a job, and other improvements and fixes listed on the Rockstar Support website.
The 1.27 patch lists some PC fixes in regards to "several issues with memory leaks that may have caused the game to crash after running for long periods of time" and "display driver crash on PC", yet Steam users are still reporting the err_gfx_d3d_init crash even after the update. We've reached out to Rockstar Games to see if they're currently looking into the issue.
