SOMA, the latest from Amnesia and Penumbra developers Frictional Games has gotten a full, 12 minute gameplay trailer. Suffice it to say, it looks very promising.
Amnesia was such a huge success, and largely in part to how immersive it was in its creepy environment. SOMA looks like it is following in those footsteps. It also looks to have a really genuine and intuitive puzzle system, which was something I felt could have been improved in Amnesia---although to be honest, I was probably just too scared to think straight.
