Ubisoft has admitted in a video that mistakes were made in the development of Assassin's Creed Unity.
The video, which can be seen over on Polygon, showcases some comments from developers who worked on Unity.
"Every year we take risks," stated one staffer. "This one we may have made too many risks."
"But the main thing for me is to look at it critically," noted another Ubisoft employee. "You do postmortems and you say, 'what can we improve?'"
The video's release comes on the heels of the Assassin's Creed Syndicate reveal which showcased both debut and gameplay trailers.
In an industry where half-truths, sort of, but not really exclusives, and obvious place holder release dates are commonplace, it's nice to see a developer be completely candid for a change.
