Developer Tindalos Interactive has released a debut teaser trailer for upcoming real-time strategy game Battlefleet Gothic: Armada. Based on the tabletop game by Games Workshop, Battlefleet Gothic is set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
In the game, players will command armadas that consist of various ships ranging from quick-moving frigates to massive and heavily armed battle cruisers. Players will be able to select from the various Warhammer 40,000 forces including the Imperial, Chaos, Eldar, and Ork in a bitter conflict for ruling over the Gothic space sector.
Management of an armada will involve customizing various aspects of ships such as weaponry and defense systems. The ships that remain intact after battles will gain experience and promotions for their admirals and crew.
