AT-ST confirmed playable in Battlefront

EA Star Wars just tweeted the picture below, confirming that the AT-STs will be playable in Star Wars Battlefront. While this is exciting, was it ever in question that AT-STs would be playable? That makes me a little worried that there may be some things we assumed would be playable that will not be. We already know that the AT-AT will be on rails, but I think that makes sense. They moved so slowly in the previous Battlefronts that they were essentially on rails already.

I don't want to be a naysayer, I just thought this was a particularly obvious thing to make an announcement about. Maybe it's just a way to get more concept art out and build more hype, which is fine by me. I want to know everything I possibly can about Battlefront, and I want to know it now!
