Playstation Access has released new gameplay footage of Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin in glorious 60 frames per second. Dark Souls 2 was already a gorgeous game by design, but the new sheen makes it truly something else.
Not only do we get a glimpse of the new frame rate, but we can also see some of the changes that have been made to the game. There are some new enemies (most notably a friggin' dragon in front of the Blue Cathedral now!) and tons of other little goodies that have been sprinkled around.
Watch the video below, but be sure to change the quality settings to 720p60 or 1080p60 to get the full effect of the silky smooth frame rate. FROM has really given us silky! Given us smooth!
