Somehow, an uncensored version of Saints Row IV Re-elected was released for the PS4 and went on sale last week. But never fear! People who bought the game are free to return their uncensored copy to the store and get a censored one in it's place.
The issues the Australian Classification Board had with the game were its "implied sexual violence" (which is from a certain in game weapon that probes a certain sensitive area) and incentive to use drugs, such as the game's "alien narcotics." The game originally was just full-stop banned from sale in the country, which is where the censored version came from.
I'm wondering what the ratio of people who bought the uncensored version to people that return it will be. I feel like most people that play Saints Row are not going to be the most delicate flowers of the gaming community. Hopefully I will be able to follow up with some numbers!
