For the people populating the world of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the kings have failed, and the gods? Well, it's possible they've forsaken the world because the world has forsaken them. A dark-eyed preacher asks everyone to lend him their ears, as he goes back into the creation tales of the world, how spheres collided to wreak magic upon the world. How man used this magical cataclysm to acquire wealth, power, and beauty, yet left the Witchers to clean up the unholy and monstrous mess this convergence created.
And how the Wild Hunt rides through the night skies, abducting children and carrying them off to unknown lands. The North no longer wants to rely on the Witchers, apparently, and they're ready to take this war into their own hands.
It's a beautifully illustrated but nutrient-rich video; you might not catch everything in one listen.
Barring any more delays, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt may finally begin on May 19 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
