Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare releases this coming Monday if you pre-ordered the game, and Tuesday for everyone else, and of course there will be a season pass available for the game. The season pass will run you $49.99 (ridiculous) and will include four DLC packs, early access to DLC weapons and Atlas Gorge, a bonus multiplayer map which will be available immediately at launch.
I gotta be honest, I do not like the fact that a map is exclusive to this Season Pass. First of all you are going to be splitting the player base on launch day and there is also the fact that we don't know what we are getting with the season pass.
I personally do not buy a season pass unless I know everything that I am getting. If it's some description like "get two exclusive add ons" without knowing exactly what is in them, then I won't buy it. I am going to do the same thing with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. If I do buy the season pass, it probably won't be until sometime next year when the final DLC pack is announced and I know all that I will be getting.
