When I heard about the new My Career mode in WWE 2K15, I was pretty excited since I skipped over the last two iterations of the game...until it was announced that they would only be on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Thankfully the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions aren't left out of the exclusiveness as they'll get two exclusive modes which kind of lead into each other...if that makes any sense.
First is "Who Got NXT" mode which focuses on Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Rusev (Really? He debuted how long ago and he's still an NXT superstar in this game?), Corey Graves, and Bo Dallas. Each has their own chapters that consist of four matches that players will have to complete in sequential order. After completing all four matches, that superstar will be unlocked on the main roster.
After all five have been unlocked, a new type of match will open up called the Proving Ground match. Remember WWE 2K14's Defeat the Streak? Well, the Proving Ground match is a similar concept, but instead of defeating Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak, you have to defeat an overpowered John Cena...and with it already being John Cena that's saying something.
