Hearthstone headed to Android tablets before the end of the year

We have a staff member or two who are big players of Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. This free card game has been a big hit for Blizzard, but those on Android have been waiting for a client now to play.

That wait will end soon as Blizzard has confirmed the Android tablet version will be out before the year's end. They are putting their finishing touches on it, but soon the game will hit the #1 worldwide mobile platform on the tablet side of things.

If you want a mobile phone version, Blizzard is also working on that as well for both iOS and Android. That's going to take a bit more time though, so don't expect that to hit for a little while. That's not surprising considering the UI has to be changed up to fit smaller screens while making the experience still enjoyable. Still, it's good to hear Blizzard's not leaving out those that want to play on the go with a smaller device,
