See, this is how you make a video about a rerelease. Metro Redux combines Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, and brings it all up to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One generation. It's elevated its PC game, too, if your rig has the stones to run it. But don't call Metro Redux a simple port. It's is so nutrient rich with bolstered features — graphically and gameplay-wise — you'll wonder if you were actually playing it right when these games came out in 2010 and 2013.
Come August 26, you'll have a few different purchase options. Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux will be available separately as digital downloads for new-gen platforms (and PC) for $24.99. Alongside that, a double-stuffed retail box, Metro Redux, will contain both games for $49.99.
