Take Two interactive announced in their earnings forecast today that Evolve, their new multiplayer IP, has been delayed until February 10th, 2015. The game joins a host of other games (like The Witcher 3 and The Order 1886) which have been pushed back to February 2015.
It looks like new studio Turtle Rock is taking the take to put another coat or two of polish on the shooter and may even be working to incorporate some of the feedback from the recent alpha of the game. While it's disappointing to see one of the big games from E3 fall into 2015 it's for the right reasons and it does help ease some of the game congestion that was due to hit this fall.
The company did reveal that there are still plans for a beta later this fall for Xbox One owners today so at least some people will get a chance to try out the game this year.
