The latest trailer for The Sims 4 showcases the various emotion states that players encounter in their playthroughs from angry and sad to playful and uncomfortable. The new emotions aspect of the game is my biggest concern in hoping that they're not just an added gameplay gimmick. In particular, I would be disappointed if choices made during the character creation were locked in for the entire duration of gameplay time.
Be sure to take a look at my impressions of The Sims 4 at this year's E3 for an extended look at the game.
The Sims 4 will be available on September 2 for PC.
