I always hate it when I see an anime or movie of some sort, based on a video game, that launches in Japan and never makes its way to the U.S. That was the case with the full length movie Bayonetta: Bloody Fate. Being a HUGE fan of the first game, I really hoped to a see a localised version of the animated motion picture. That never happened... until now.
FUNimation recently announced that it has acquired the rights to produce the English dubbed version of the movie in the United States and Canada. A sneak peak at the localization project will be shown this weekend at the Anime Expo out in Los Angeles. Hopefully the movie gets released over here sooner than later because I am dying to check it out. In the mean time you can check out the full trailer for the project below.
