Ian Danskin has put together a nearly twenty minute video that walks through the career and recent life of Phil Fish. Not because he wants to breakdown and go through the Fez creators life but more as a lesson on how internet mobs are formed, fed, and lead to the burning of bridges and careers.
It's a fascinating look into how opinions about people are formed by people by groups without doing any fact checking to get the exact details or the context in which certain things happen. I know twenty minutes sounds like a long time but this video is exceptionally well done and it makes you question how we in the game industry treat the people who create our games.
