Last week, GamingNexus pointed you to the website
WiiHaveAProblem.com for Wii owners that have had issues with the cheap wrist strap break on the Wii-mote. Apparently, major news outlets are also picking up on this with the latest being an
AP story published on Yahoo.
The story goes on to quote Nintendo President Satoru Iwata as saying "We are investigating" when asked about the reported issue with the strap breaking. Iwata then was quoted as saying "Some people are getting a lot more excited than we'd expected. We need to better communicate to people how to deal with Wii as a new form of entertainment."
Umm, Satoru. What the heck did you think would happen with games that require real life movements? You don't swing a tennis racket with your wrist....I imagine a couple of lawsuits from headshots and teeth getting busted out ought to help Nintendo with their anticipation next time.
