Perhaps these snippets from The Wolf Among Us – Episode 1: Faith serve two purposes. One, a little extra marketing muscle never hurts a new game. And two, since there was an unintentional four-month gap between Episode 1: Faith and this week's Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors, developer Telltale Games might've figured that jogging people's memories would also prove useful.
Well, it's useful. Since I'd played the first episode sometime before Halloween, the memory of my decisions had grown fuzzy. With The Wolf Among Us predicated on decisions carrying weight from one episode to the next, it's good to know that Telltale is following through.
Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors is out this week for PC, Mac, iOS, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and Xbox 360.
