The Verge is reporting some interesting Xbox One news yesterday evening. First up, a dashboard update will hit the consoles in March to offer up some much needed improvements and fixes.
The white Xbox One that was made available to employees is rumored to go on sale later this year. I like the white style and I'm won't be surprised if Microsoft does indeed let anyone purchase down the road.
Something interesting is that Microsoft might be considering an Xbox One without a Blu-ray drive. One of the options that Microsoft thought about when producing the Xbox One was to omit an optical drive, so Microsoft might just go through with their plans since all their games can be purchased digitally anyways.
All this comes from a Neogaf post with some information that The Verge has verified with their sources.
