Graphic artist Rob Duenas' "Satin" Street Fighter series looks glossy and sufficiently Hadouken. He used something called Copic markers (I'm not an artist) and this other thing called Photoshop (I'm not an artist) on these. The breadth of his work covers a multitude of other geeky muses as well, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Halo and, of course, Star Wars.
