According to data collected by Sony, Twitch and Ustream; there have been almost 800,000 Playstation 4 gameplay broadcasts and over 7.1 million spectator sessions since the console's launch. There are also plans to expand the PS4's social broadcasting capabilities in 2014 as more games are released, especially titles that were revealed at this year's E3- like InFAMOUS: Second Son, Destiny, Watch_Dogs, MLB 2014: The Show, The Order 1886, and DriveClub.
Since this totals more than 20 million minutes of live streaming gameplay, it makes you wonder why so many people were up in arms about that little 'share' button when the PS4's controller was revealed.
