In an announcement on the Command & Conquer website it was revealed that the game has been cancelled due to the game not meeting player expectations. This is a bit disappointing as I liked what I saw from the game at E3 this year and I was looking forward to seeing the final product.
Any money spent on the game during it's alpha will be refunded to customers and it looks like the studio is being disbanded by EA. Hopefully the folks at Victory Games won't have a hard time finding new jobs.
