Saints Row IV is still a few weeks away, but you can start creating the President of your dreams with the
Saints Row IV Inauguration Station which is currently available for Xbox 360 and PC. The PS3 version will be available on August 13th.
The Inauguration Station will let you download the character creation system from the game and allow you to create the President of your dreams right now. Then on August 20th when the game is released, you can import that character straight into the the game.
