The
NVIDIA Shield was suppose to ship on June 27th. That is until some late discoveries forced NVIDIA to delay the product so they could fix some issues. Well, the issues have been resolved and there's now a new date for the Shield to ship.
July 31, or in days, the
NVIDIA Shield will finally be off into the hands of those that have pre-ordered. And if you order now, you'll get a limited edition T-shirt from NVIDIA to boot. The Shield is the first device that will use the Tegra 4 chipset.
If you want to try it out, there are a few stores such as Gamestop and Microcenter where you can stop in and check it out. I was at my local Microcenter and saw the display a few weeks ago. Of course, Travis and I had our time
with the product at E3 as well and thought it was an interesting device.
