Now Loading for the week of June 10, 2013: E3 Edition

It’s E3 week people! That means that the focus is really out on Los Angeles and not on the latest arrivals at your favorite gaming store. There are a few things trickling out this week, including what many are already crowning Game of the Year. Normally, I would give you a trio of titles that would rank as my picks of the week, but this time around there is only one:
The Last of Us: Naughty Dog’s latest creation is heralding more rave reviews from critics than any game I can remember in a long, long time. When the embargo broke last Wednesday, there were 51 recognized critic scores on Metacritic; 25 of those were perfect. The lowest score yet is a 7.5, which isn’t bad in its own right. We finally posted our review this morning thanks to our own Mike Mahardy and he loved the game as well. The general consensus is that if you own a PS3, this is a game that MUST be in your collection.
