In the past month or so we've met Raphael and Michelangelo in trailers for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Now it's time to meet the brains of the team: Donatello.
Similar to Michelangelo, Donnie isn't really aggressive. He's more scholarly and contemplative than his brothers and prefers to think problems through that to get into an unnecessary fight. He may be slower than his brothers out on the battlefield, but speed isn't everything. As a thinker, he has the ability to think situations through and that gives him a larger window for counter attacks. Donnie's technical side also shows not only through his self-designed Gravity Gauntlet that lets him bend the laws of science, but it also allows him to hack computers and security systems because...well let's face it, smashing everything isn't always the best approach.
